By using PromoBridge you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for an organization, you represent you may bind it.
PromoBridge generates marketing assets (hooks, scripts, ad creatives, reports) from a URL you provide, and can help distribute them across advertising networks you connect. Output is generated by AI and provided "as is"; you are responsible for reviewing it before use.
You are responsible for the URLs and content you submit, for your connected ad-network accounts, and for ensuring you have the rights to market the products you promote. You must not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content.
When you connect Meta, Google, LinkedIn, or other networks, ad spend runs on your own accounts. PromoBridge orchestrates campaigns but does not hold your advertising funds. Network terms and billing are between you and each network.
Paid plans are billed per their stated period. Generation is metered against your plan's budget; when exceeded, you may buy token packs, upgrade, or use your own API key. Fees are stated at checkout. Taxes may apply based on your location.
No illegal, harmful, deceptive, hateful, or infringing use; no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service; no generation of content that violates a network's or a third party's rights.
You own the marketing content you generate for your business, subject to third-party rights in any inputs. The platform, its software, and its underlying methods remain ours.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as your counsel will specify. AI output may contain errors; you must review it.
You may cancel any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use means acceptance.
